The challenge
Converting website customers into conversions.
Custom Cookie Company approached Run2 to undertake full service digital marketing across all channels due to their growing popularity. The company had been doing well with B2C sales however they wanted to expand into more B2B wholesale.
In order to do this they would need to update their website due to the existing on being a limiting theme. The main aim of the whole strategy was to ensure people visiting the website were converted into customers.
The solution
Brand refresh.
The existing brand lacked any personality with dull colours and poor fonts. After an in depth review of their different audiences we crafted a new style and personality that reflected the fun and light hearted nature of the company.
Web design & build.
We designed and developed a new site around the new brand style with a strong emphasis on cro and ux which led to an increase in revenue of over double that of the previous month, with the following months showing an even further increase. Users are now browsing more pages, spending longer on the site, buying more products and the average order value has increased.
Digital strategy.
The new website, coupled with a strong digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, PPC and social media management has established Custom Cookie Company’s website as the number one website for premium, personalised cookies and edible corporate gifts. We have also crucially reduced PPC spend whilst maximising paid conversions.
